Choose the route that best matches what you need so your question reaches people with the right context. Rerun supports product evaluation and partnerships directly, while public technical questions and reproducible software issues are usually most useful in the community channels where answers remain searchable for other developers.
Product, Hub, and partnerships
Use the contact form to discuss Rerun Hub, pricing, design partnerships, enterprise requirements, or a production data workflow. Include the scale of your recordings, the data formats you use, and the outcome you want so the team can prepare a useful response.
Technical questions
Ask implementation and workflow questions in the Rerun Discord community. For a reproducible bug or feature request in the open source SDK, Viewer, or CLI, open a GitHub issue with your Rerun version, operating system, and a minimal example when possible.
Privacy and security
Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@rerun.io. Please use the security reporting instructions in the privacy policy for potential vulnerabilities or sensitive reports instead of posting them in a public issue or community channel.
