We're building the data stack for Physical AI. The Rerun SDK viewer is loved by some of the best robotics and spatial AI teams in the world, and Rerun Hub is live in private preview managing petabytes of data.
Demand is strong, and we need sharp, high-agency operators to own the high-leverage work that turns it into a business. We're hiring two generalists. At the core, you'll spend most of your time on go-to-market and business operations, but the real job is spotting what's broken or missing and fixing it before anyone asks. It's a true build-and-ship role: if you like owning messy, ambiguous problems end to end and seeing your work show up in the numbers, you'll do well here.
These are two of our first commercial hires, so you'll be helping build the machine, not slotting into one that already runs. We'd strongly prefer you in Stockholm as it's where our founders are, so you'd get plenty of in-person time and we'll consider a relocation from elsewhere in Europe for the right person.
Who You Are
We care about agency and drive over a specific CV. The two people we hire will differ, but they'll share:
Raw intelligence and relentlessness: you can take a big, ambiguous problem and run it to ground on your own.
Genuine tech curiosity: no engineering degree required (although a plus), but you have to find the technical world interesting and want to go deep. Our customers are engineers. "I don't deal with the technical stuff" is a dealbreaker.
Comfort with the unstructured: flexible, fast learning, able to turn a vague idea into a finished thing without a playbook.
What You’ll Do
Role 1: Commercial & GTM
Own the commercial engine as we build it: pipeline, systems, and being in the room on deals. This is a sales and systems leaning role, more about learning the product deeply enough to be credible with the engineers who buy it.
Build and run pipeline by sourcing, outreach, and the tooling that makes it repeatable.
Supporting on deals with discovery calls, demos, moving things forward.
Build your own tooling where it helps! We're AI-native and expect you to be too.
Figure out what works, drop what doesn't, turn it into a motion the future team can run.
The person who'll thrive in this role has an analytical, quantitative mind (economics-with-math over pure business), a genuine curiosity about the tech, and enough experience (3+ years) to have already shown they run at things independently. This could come from one of a few angles: they've owned something commercial and built it rather than inherited it (even if small and early), or they've solved hard, ambiguous problems at a top-tier consultancy and want to own outcomes rather than advise on them, or they've built something real from nothing in a startup or their own venture.
Role 2: Marketing & Technical Content
Turn ideas into projects, content, and stories working closely with our founders to do so. This is a more creative, communication leaning role: writing well, explaining technical things clearly, and building the content that helps engineers understand and adopt Rerun.
Write clearly about technical things such as posts, docs, tutorials, launch material.
Take rough ideas and turn them into finished content and projects.
Work with founders on positioning, storytelling, and how we show up to a technical audience.
The person who'll thrive in this role can genuinely write, and can make technical ideas land with a technical audience; has a technical or solutions background, or real tech curiosity plus a content trail (a blog, docs, talks, video, anything that shows they build and communicate); and is a self-starter with strong commercial experience (3+ years) who ships without a playbook.
